The Ellipse XT is a compact rock and alpine climbing harness designed with Beal’s new Web-Core technology for increased comfort and a lighter weight. Web-Core Compact technology distributes pressure as evenly as possible across the Ellipse XT to eliminate compression zones and minimise the effect of impact force at a lightweight and compact carry, making this harness better suited for mountaineering and alpine climbing. Two loops are for attaching ice screw holders. Four gear loops for all other climbing and mountaineering gear. (See the tech specs for details on sizing.)

Web-Core Compact
Web-Core is a broad, thin, and light piece of webbing which is laser cut to match the harness’ shape and is laminated - at high temperatures - to both the interior and exterior of the harness. Allows for Beal to make thinner, compact, and lighter weight harnesses while increasing comfort. Compact version for a lighter weight and smaller carry.
